Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Software Engineer/Technical Consultant Location: Remote / U.S. 12+ months Pay reputed company: Market/DOE reputed company: reputed company domain Seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Dynamics 365 CRM to design, customize, and maintain our Dynamics 365 CRM platform and reputed company integrations. This role is critical in supporting existing platforms and other reputed company initiatives, ensuring system scalability, performance, and compliance with reputed company regulations. Key Responsibilities • Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules. • reputed company and maintain integrations using C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Support system architecture, administration, and reputed company roles, ensuring compliance with health information reputed company and audit standards (HIPAA, SOC, etc.). • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application reliability and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, product, development, operations) to reputed company requirements, design solutions, and improve user experience. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, participate in design sessions, reputed company reputed company reviews, testing, and deployment activities. • Drive process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance system adoption and business reputed company. • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
