Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our Credentialing Team, providing critical support in reviewing provider key documents for accuracy, following up with internal teams for provider status updates, and facilitating timely start dates. As a Data Entry Administrator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credentialing processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as support for newly hired providers and existing provider changes, ensuring seamless onboarding and transition processes.
  • Reviewing, confirming, and uploading credentialing documents from internal systems to Credentialing SharePoint, adhering to state-specific credentialing requirements.
  • Verifying new hires' CAQH account updates, uploading and attesting credentialing documents, practice location, and updated Certificate of Insurance.
  • Pre-populating payor-specific documentation for Credentialing Specialists as necessary.
  • Verifying payor portal enrollment/credentialing status where necessary.
  • Reviewing and/or contacting state Medicaid payors to confirm provider status.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Administrator at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, clients, and families in a virtual environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with a strong foundation in data entry, document management, and administrative processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least one year of related experience in an administrative capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare or ABA treatment setting, with knowledge of credentialing processes, state-specific regulations, and industry standards.
