Remote Member Service Representative (reputed company)

<p>The Customer Service Representative is on the reputed company line in helping our organization deliver on its reputed company Values. First and foremost, the CSR will consistently deliver the BEST Customer Service. The CSR provides our customers with reputed company, accurate, and customer-reputed company benefit and claim information for reputed company the products administered by our program. Duties include providing reputed company center callers with reputed company, accurate, and customer-reputed company claim information, solicit information needed to perfect the claim, consistently deliver a superior level of customer service, document the claim system, work with the STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life and AD&D products, and reputed company reputed company in a remote reputed company center team environment.</p><p><strong>Required Skills & Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 + years of reputed company reputed company center or office-based customer service experience</li><li>In lieu of reputed company experience, Bachelor's degree is also accepted.</li><li>Must have strong people skills and carry a strong phone reputed company over the phone.</li><li>Prior experience in insurance, benefits/claims, or financial services is a plus.</li><li>Proven work tenure from previous work experience.</li><li>Must have a high school diploma or GED.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially word processing, and database/spreadsheet) required. </li></ul><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>reputed company various external and internal callers with reputed company, accurate, and customer-reputed company disability and/or life and/or leave claim information. Process incoming documents with high coding reputed company and distribute immediately.</li><li>Remain fully compliant with operational standards.
