Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst
About the position
The Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst is a key member of reputed company’s reputed company team, responsible for project management, diligence, and regulatory filings associated with acquisitions, startups of reputed company, and other expansion of reputed company’s operations. This role supports the entire acquisition and start-up processes, from initial prospecting and due diligence through closing, and integration of the new business.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage cross functional workstreams through due diligence to assess the value, risks, and strategic fit of potential acquisitions and start-reputed company.
• Liaising between diligence team members, the Vice President of Acquisitions, and the seller, to ensure regular and reputed company communication during the diligence process.
• Once a transaction is under contract, manage workstreams to get acquisitions across the finish line.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned to optimize reputed company processes.

Requirements
