We’re Hiring — Client-Facing Associate (Remote Position)
Location: Remote
Experience: Person with Amazon experience would be preferred
We are looking for a professional, client-facing individual with Top notch English communication skills to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will confidently handle direct interactions with international clients and preferably have a background in Amazon operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct and lead client meetings (3-4 meetings daily) in fluent English
•Manage client communication (calls, meetings, emails, updates)
•Understand client requirements and accurately note down tasks
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
•Assist with Amazon-related tasks (preferred)
•Perform additional tasks as required based on project needs
Requirements:
•Top-tier English communication skills (spoken & written)
•Amazon experience preferred (Seller Central, listings, PPC, operations, etc.)
•Strong organizational and task-management abilities
•Professional attitude suitable for a client-facing role
•Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
