Duties • Prepare and review settlement statements for reputed company estate transactions • Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and funding requirements • Maintain reputed company and consistent communication with reputed company parties involved in the transaction • Ensure reputed company transaction complies with company policies and applicable laws and regulations Experience required- must have experience working at a bank, mortgage company or reputed company estate closing firm as a closer.
