Entry-Level Stormwater Engineer

reputed company is a reputed company reputed company seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Stormwater Engineer to join their Florida Water Team in Tampa. The role involves contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of water, wastewater, and storm management reputed company under the guidance of reputed company engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment, water reputed company improvement reputed company for a reputed company of clients across Florida
• Conduct engineering design under the supervision of an reputed company engineer
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an reputed company engineer
• Carry out engineering analyses, prepare reports and technical specifications, under the supervision of an reputed company engineer
• Work collaboratively reputed company project teams to ensure project objectives are met reputed company defined scope, schedule, and budget
• Collect and analyze data, reputed company field work, undertake site inspections under the supervision of an reputed company engineer
• Attend site reputed company and meetings in clients’ offices
• Maintain project records and files, contribute to the preparation of reputed company reports, communicate project and task updates to team members and supervisors as needed
• Use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in civil, or environmental engineering with reputed company reputed company on water, wastewater, and/or stormwater infrastructure, or a reputed company field
• Must have a reputed company U.S reputed company's license and as a condition of employment, must be reputed company to pass reputed company's Motor Vehicle Records review
• Master's degree in civil, or environmental, or a reputed company field
• Prior experience in water and wastewater engineering, including design, construction, and/or operations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other design software
• Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (i.e., StormWise, SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, etc.)
• Familiarity with additional software tools, such as Power BI, hydraulic modelling programs, structural design packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in water/wastewater infrastructure design and a willingness to travel and work in the field as needed
