Office Assistant - Telework Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Review uploaded customer documents and take appropriate actions based on established rules and guidelines
- Prepare documents for scanning by manually sorting, removing staples and paper clips, and mending tears
- Review imaged required documents as part of the RADVP Real ID process
- Proctor online exams and ensure adherence to confidentiality and accountability standards
- Collaborate with staff and management to evaluate and resolve simple problems
Skills
- Ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications
- Must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming typing speed prior to hire
- Background investigation clearance required before employment
- Commitment to quality customer service and ability to follow oral and written directions
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
- Previous experience in customer service or office support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment
- Knowledge of public service operations and processes
