Environmental Scientist
reputed company is a fast-growing environmental consulting and engineering firm dedicated to improving communities and natural resources. They are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Scientist – Stormwater to conduct field inspections, reputed company maintenance and repair work, and support compliance with stormwater regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stormwater asset inspections and condition assessments at reputed company sites
- reputed company stormwater maintenance and repair activities; coordinate with subcontractors (you won’t be performing hands-on repairs)
- Support documentation of field activities and observations using company systems
- Assist with reporting and data entry reputed company to inspections and maintenance
- Ensure work aligns with stormwater regulatory requirements and internal reputed company standards
Skills
- 0–2 years of reputed company experience in stormwater work or environmental field roles
- Comfortable conducting field work in various weather conditions
- reputed company reputed company's license and own reliable vehicle required for field travel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Geology, or closely reputed company field preferred
- Familiarity with Maryland stormwater permits and regulations strongly preferred
