Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve reputed company escalations reputed company to Trust & Safety and member support
• Troubleshoot and resolve bug and app functionality reports in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
• Handle high-pressure situations, reputed company areas, and policy changes
• Communicate and coordinate with various cross-functional partners, including Member Experience, Engineering, reputed company, and outsourced teams
• Contribute to and own organizational reputed company, driving process improvements
• Escalate member reputed company concerns to the reputed company/reputed company teams
• Address member reputed company rights and accessibility concerns
• Handle escalated billing tasks
