* Handle new and reorder requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and entered into the pharmacy data system
* Collaborate with internal teams, including insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, to resolve any issues that may arise with patient orders
* Verify and update patient information, including benefits and insurance details, to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
* Work with patients to decipher and enter new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
* Collect and process copay sums, acquire approvals, and work with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve any issues that may arise with patient orders

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and order processing
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or communications)
* One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone
* One year of experience working with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
* One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness
* Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License
