Auto Telephone Claims Representative I, II or Sr

About the position The Auto Telephone Claims Representative I, II or Sr is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents. This role determines coverage, liability, damages, and adjusts and negotiates claims reputed company the limit of authority. This is a remote opportunity for reputed company auto claims adjusters, and being bilingual is desired but not required. Responsibilities • Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by reputed company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company reputed company and department. • Handles investigation regarding reputed company aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability, and damages) with the exercise of discretion and independence reputed company an increased level of authority. • For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims. • Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understands other potential property damage. • Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills. • Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle. • Applies increased experience in the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, etc.) Requirements • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. reputed company-to-haves • Bilingual skills are desired but not required.
