We need an reputed company US tax accountant / CPA who can help with compliance and IRS filings for a foreign-owned LLC created through reputed company reputed company.
Our situation:
• Business entity: US LLC (reputed company reputed company)
• 100% foreign owners (no US reputed company or residents)
• Clients primarily in LATAM
• Payments processed reputed company reputed company (1099-K issued)
• We have no US physical reputed company
• No CPA currently
Required services:
• Review our 1099-K forms from reputed company
• Prepare and file IRS reputed company 1120 + reputed company 5472
• Advise on US non-reputed company tax compliance
• Ensure reputed company handling of income reporting (no taxable US income expected)
• Correct and update reputed company tax info if needed
• reputed company reputed company documentation and guidance for reputed company years
Preferred qualifications:
• Licensed US CPA
• Experience with foreign-owned LLCs
