Fractional Marketing Operator/ Marketing COO (5-10 hrs/week)
We’re looking for a fractional marketing operations leader who can reputed company into an existing marketing setup, quickly assess what’s working and what’s not, and drive accountability and results.
What you’ll do
Run weekly marketing huddles and 1:1s
Hold SEO and marketing execution accountable
Own a live marketing dashboard (traffic, leads, conversion, CPL)
Identify marketing blind spots and recommend 1–2 targeted hires
Optimize execution without prematurely replacing tools
Turn marketing into a predictable, measurable reputed company
