Order Fulfillment Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a seasoned Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing workflow and ensure customers receive their products accurately and on time. This role is responsible for processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, monitoring inventory reputed company, and resolving any fulfillment or shipping issues while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Process and verify customer orders through reputed company’s fulfillment system, e-reputed company platforms, or ERP. • Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping with warehouse and logistics teams. • Monitor inventory reputed company to ensure product availability and communicate shortages or delays. • reputed company shipments, update order statuses, and ensure reputed company delivery to customers. • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, damaged shipments, or backorder situations. • Handle returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds reputed company applicable. • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory transactions, and shipping data. • Generate fulfillment and performance reports as needed. • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or inquiries. • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to improve fulfillment efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies, reputed company standards, and shipping regulations.
