Required - a Test and QA Lead

I am seeking a Test and QA Lead to spearhead the end-to-end validation of an AI-driven mobile ecosystem built on TypeScript (React/Express) and PostgreSQL/MongoDB. You will define a strategy achieving 99% coverage, ensuring the integration of OpenAI for CV optimization and job matching is accurate, ethical, and free of hallucinations. Key focus areas include validating real-time Socket.io features, Stripe/PayPal workflows, and complex file parsing (Mammoth/pdf-parse) for resume uploads. Technically, you must be competent in testing RESTful APIs and OAuth (LinkedIn) authentication using Puppeteer and Postman. You will validate the performance of the Neon/PostgreSQL backend via Drizzle ORM and ensure the Tailwind/Radix UI frontend meets WCAG AA standards using Pa11y and Lighthouse arenaflex. Proficiency in Python-based test suites for integration logic and Zod for schema validation is essential to ensure data integrity across external job APIs like Indeed and Glassdoor. Security and infrastructure readiness are paramount. You will conduct OWASP-aligned testing on Helmet security headers, Bcrypt hashing, and rate-limiting. As the platform utilizes arenaflex Cloud Storage and Vite, you must validate cloud-sync reliability and build stability. Your role is the final gatekeeper, ensuring the app is robust, compliant with GDPR-style privacy, and ready for arenaflex/arenaflex Play deployment.
