Role reputed company reputed company, a New Jersey based intellectual property reputed company, is seeking an reputed company trademark attorney. • Hands on responsibility for reputed company management • Exposure to clients from industry to individuals • Opportunity to grow reputed company with the support of an established and growing team of reputed company IP professionals Qualifications • At least 6 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance • Experience conducting trademark searches and rendering clearance opinions • Experience with TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations • Experience with trademark due diligence • Trademark litigation experience is a plus • Experience with domain reputed company Uniform Dispute reputed company Proceedings is a plus • Copyright procurement experience is a plus • Self-sustaining book of business or willingness to grow book of business is required • Strong written and oral communication skills • State Bar admission required Requirements This is a remote position.
