Your key responsibilities will include: * **Proactive Customer Engagement**: Drive customer satisfaction by proactively offering product and service recommendations to match customer needs. * **Sales and Upselling**: Achieve sales targets by explaining and promoting our range of services, including local and long-distance telephone, cable television, and internet offerings. * **Customer Inquiries**: Handle customer inquiries related to service applications, installations, policies, and account management. * **Service Order Processing**: Process service orders, including installation, disconnection, and feature changes, using company systems. * **Billing and Account Management**: Address billing inquiries, provide account information, and assist with payment options for overdue accounts. * **Troubleshooting and Support**: Log customer details accurately and assist with troubleshooting service issues by collaborating with the appropriate teams. * **Special Projects and Administrative Duties**: Support technicians by providing necessary information and assisting in clearing service disruptions, help with bad debt collections, and perform other tasks as assigned. **Skills & Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and professional approach to customer interactions. * **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in using computer systems and software (including Microsoft Office Suite), with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. * **Teamwork and Initiative**: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. * **Embracing Change**: Ability to embrace change and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * **Customer Service Regulations**: Knowledge of customer service regulations, particularly related to Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). * **Flexibility**: Flexibility to work a schedule that best serves our customers, including occasional adjustments when needed. **Education & Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following education and experience requirements: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: High school diploma or equivalent required. * **Customer Service or Sales Experience**: A minimum of 3+ years of customer service or sales experience is preferred. * **Telephony and Cable Television Experience**: Experience in telephony and cable television services is a plus. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
