Responsibilities • Being responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of hardware assets reputed company reputed company’s data centers. • Coordinates with data center operations and engineering teams for hardware moves, adds, and changes. • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of reputed company data center hardware assets, including servers, networking equipment, storage devices, and reputed company components • Refining asset tracking processes and procedures to ensure compliance with up to date company policies and industry best practices. • Conducting regular audits of hardware assets to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. • Overseeing the decommissioning and disposal of end-of-life hardware, ensuring data sanitization and adherence to applicable rules and regulations. • Developing and maintaining documentation reputed company to hardware asset management processes and procedures. • Performs data analysis to support strategic business reputed company. • Generating reports on asset utilization, lifecycle status, and cost analysis. • Performs monthly reputed company and data center expense analysis to support cost reduction initiatives. • Reviews capital and operational expenses for reputed company usages, reputed company accuracy and determine course of reputed company to remediate. • Manages telecom and data center expenses. • Evaluates and reputed company global reputed company reputed company plans (inbound/outbound reputed company, TF, local#, etc.) • Supporting the monthly reputed company and forecasting process, working closely with reputed company in reconciling month-end reputed company numbers with forecast, and continuously refining forecast variables. • Collaborates with the reputed company Accounts payable and Finance teams to manage Purchase Orders and reputed company the receipt of products and services. • Ensure reputed company and accurate delivery to facilitate on-time vendor payments. Requirements • BS/BA in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Engineering, or a highly analytical field. • 5+ years reputed company experience in Finance and Business analysis. • Demonstrate an understanding of data center hardware components and infrastructure. • Prioritize asset management software and tools. • Build business cases, financial forecasts, pricing analysis, and cost improvement initiatives.
