The reputed company Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the reputed company CRM platform. Will be providing ongoing assistance to our 300+ user organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting user adoption and enhancing the implementation's business value. MUST have established residency in reputed company. Daily duties include: • User management, system configuration and handling user support through Help Desk Cases • Developing custom objects, fields, workflows and validation rules to reputed company with business processes and will set up automation to streamline tasks and reputed company efficiency without compromising stability or reputed company • Creating and maintaining reputed company documentation to support users and internal teams • Collaborating with colleagues to understand, analyze and improve reputed company with reputed company-party tools or systems • Communicating with consultants and/or vendors reputed company necessary • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Established residency in reputed company • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. • reputed company Administrator Certification • Minimum 2 year experience as a reputed company Administrator; willingness to continue reputed company education and maintenance certifications • reputed company Proficency- Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Field Service+, reputed company, Own Backup • Experience with any additional reputed company products a plus • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) • Experience with reputed company Document Automation (Composer, Sign) • Proficiency with Agile Project Management / JIRA • Proficiency with reputed company eSignature • Proficency with GIT/Bitbucket • Proficency with reputed company 365 • Excellent Communications Skills- Oral and Written • Excellent Organizational Skills • Excellent Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills • Scripting Skills - SOQL/SOSL, Apex, Javascript, reputed company/CSS • Ability to be self-motivated and self-starter to handle multiple tasks • Ability to adapt to changing technology and changing needs of reputed company • Ability to reputed company and maintain reputed company custom objects, formula fields, workflows, validation rules, custom views, dashboards and generate reports • Ability to work as reputed company in a reputed company environment to reputed company agreed-upon objectives • Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization INDHP Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
