We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Washington State. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in resolving issues and providing exceptional service to reputed company providers and their staff. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, with flexibility to work from home and occasional overtime may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from reputed company providers and identify the type of assistance needed, such as benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, or explanation of benefits

• Deliver information and answer questions in a reputed company manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to reputed company and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
