What You'll Contribute The Associate, Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and onboarding. What You'll Do Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes. Respond to employee questions and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure accuracy of data. Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of HR practices and employment regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) is a plus. Preferred education, skills and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus, but not required.
