Role Description
This is a remote role for a Texas Realtor at Heritage Real Estate. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties and providing expert advice about the market. The role involves performing property showings, managing negotiations, preparing contracts, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Additional duties include conducting market research, staying informed on the latest real estate trends and regulations, and meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications
• Active Real Estate License to practice in the state of Texas
• Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge, including property evaluation and market analysis
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills to meet client needs effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Understanding and experience in handling Real Property transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a highly organized manner
• Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
