Your Role as a Sr. Adoption & Change Management Consultant – Copilot & AI Adoption As a Senior Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant, you are a senior-level consultant with in-depth change planning experience and an intuitive ability to lead the transformation of people, technologies, and medium- and large-scale processes through the development and implementation of effective change strategies. In this role, you will often be part of a broader ACM team and regularly collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders supporting the engagement, including Project Managers and Change Management Architects. Bridge Partners provides change management consulting expertise to help our clients drive user adoption of new ways of working with Modern Work productivity tools such as Copilot, Teams, and Office with their large-scale customers. How You’ll Contribute • Implement change management strategies that drive employee adoption, minimize resistance, ensure operational readiness and responsible information use, and maximize the value of the investment in Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Utilize change management industry best practices to plan, manage, and deliver enterprise change initiatives at strategic and tactical levels. • Partner with client organization team members and assigned customers to understand business and change needs, delivering tailored change management strategies and solutions. • Understand how Bridge Partners’ client organization delivers change and be prepared to educate the client’s customer organization about the delivery approach. • Lead workshops and demo sessions to illustrate common industry-specific Copilot use cases. • Leverage change management tools, frameworks, and practices (e.g., aligned with Prosci® tools and techniques) to create customer-specific delivery strategies and execution plans to drive results. • Develop and communicate execution guidance to ensure stakeholders are aligned with project milestones and accountabilities. Your Skills and Approach • 8–10+ years in Adoption & Change Management, organizational transformation, or Customer Success. • Formal Prosci / ADKAR certification or equivalent ACM methodology experience. • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs. • Expertise in stakeholder analysis, persona mapping, resistance management, and change planning. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Ability to measure adoption: usage telemetry, KPI frameworks, insights translation, ROI alignment. • Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, readiness sessions, and executive briefings. • Executive presence, a growth mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively as a team player. Compensation The hourly pay range for this role is $70.00 to $85.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
