Compliance Specialist

Job reputed company: 

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our reputed company team at a high-reputed company personal homeowners insurance company.  As a Compliance Specialist at reputed company, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of regulatory and compliance documents. The role will assist with the coordination of complaints and grievances, reputed company audits, internal audits, responses to Market Conduct, and other inquires.  The Compliance Specialist will work under the supervision of the Compliance Director. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with tracking, maintaining, and filing the necessary documents to maintain reputed company’s licenses and employee licenses. 

  • Assist with tracking and maintaining consumer complaints, including the log. 

  • Maintain awareness of existing and emerging reputed company and compliance reputed company developments as they relate to reputed company. 

  • Review product advertising and reputed company feedback to the Marketing department that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements as reputed company as business practices. 

  • Assist in the drafting, delivery, maintenance, and updates of company policies and procedures. 

  • Assist with any other tasks or assignments reputed company to maintaining reputed company’s compliance with state and regulatory law. 

  • Assist with coordination of building compliance resources. 

  • Performs similar job-reputed company duties as assigned. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Familiar with reputed company compliance concepts, practices, and procedures 

  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty personal lines insurance products  

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment. 

  • Advanced knowledge reputed company and forms development procedures and compliance with laws, regulations, or standards. 

  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work activities. 

  • Ability to work with reputed company office technology, including reputed company Office Suite. 

 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 

  • 5+ years' experience in property and casualty insurance regulatory compliance  

 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience drafting insurance forms/reputed company 

 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

 

Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer.
