Accounts Receivable Specialist II - Remote

Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Job Responsibilities • Review and process denied insurance claims in accordance with established reputed company operating procedures. • Research payer requirements and analyze internal systems and databases to identify and resolve claim issues. • Contact physicians, insurance companies, and/or patients to obtain required information and determine next steps for claim reputed company. • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records while responding to inquiries reputed company phone and email. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company of accounts receivable reputed company. • Train and support employees on billing processes and the use of computerized billing systems. • Apply strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail to manage a high volume of reputed company accounts. Minimum Qualifications • High School diploma or GED equivalent • 3 years of reputed company billing experience Preferred Qualifications • Associate Degree with 2 years of reputed company billing experience • Working knowledge of reputed company’s billing systems Additional Job Standards • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with numbers and research-reputed company tasks. • Experience working with computerized databases and billing systems.
