Schedule Requirements:  Saturday AND reputed company and 2-3 evenings.  Work hours can fluctuate between 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Evening shifts are 12:00pm-8:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm, and 2:00pm-10pm CST. Essential Responsibilities Answering inbound customer phone calls and making outbound calls, emails, and texts Using low-pressure consultative sales strategies to address customer needs Follow-up with customers to ensure reputed company problems were properly resolved Communicate professionally with reputed company reputed company contacts Completes reputed company required training modules and certifications prior to due date.
