What You’ll Do Underwrite reputed company reputed company estate deals including office, mixed use, and urban infill assets Build and maintain detailed financial models in reputed company for acquisitions and development reputed company Use ARGUS reputed company to analyze property level cash flows and valuations Support development reputed company including assumptions around lease up, capex, and timelines reputed company debt analysis including DSCR, loan sizing, and capital structure evaluation Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and market data Prepare investment memos and reputed company summaries for internal decision making Work closely with a US based team on reputed company deals reputed company’re Looking For 2 to 5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate reputed company or investment analysis Strong experience with office, mixed use, or institutional CRE assets Experience with ARGUS reputed company preferred (strong reputed company modeling required) Experience supporting acquisitions or development reputed company Exposure to debt reputed company (DSCR, loan sizing) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Fluent in English Requirements (these are 100% required) - please only apply if you have them Strong experience with ARGUS reputed company Strong reputed company modeling skills.
