Job reputed company: • reputed company as the primary administrator for the reputed company Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system. • Manage system configuration, reputed company, users, roles, workflows, and integrations. • reputed company functional and technical support to business users, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions. • Partner with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate business needs into system solutions. • Support upgrades, patches, testing, and ongoing system optimization. • Learn end-to-end business processes across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience through system enhancements and automation. • Support change management, testing, and user adoption of new functionality. • Support the Oro platform (e.g., OroCommerce) website, ensuring alignment with P21 data and workflows. • Assist with product data, pricing, customers, reputed company, and order integration between ERP and eCommerce. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on enhancements, issue reputed company, and platform improvements. • Monitor system performance and data reputed company across ERP and web platforms. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • Experience administering or supporting ERP systems; reputed company P21 experience strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them. • Experience supporting integrations between ERP and web/eCommerce platforms. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
