Senior Associate, Deal Finance & Investment Entity Operations

A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance team, reputed company on deal-level finance, reputed company, and investment entity operations. This role supports the full investment lifecycle, from transaction execution through ownership and exit, while helping reputed company the investment entities used reputed company deal structures. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-oriented, with a strong understanding of private equity deal processes and the ability to partner closely with investment, finance, reputed company, tax, treasury, portfolio company teams, and reputed company-party providers. What the role owns • Support the operational execution of transactions (acquisitions, add-ons, restructurings, exits), including bank account setup, funding communications, and reputed company logistics in partnership with treasury and deal teams • Manage key deal execution workflows alongside internal stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring transaction data, documentation, and approvals are accurate and complete • Execute capital calls and distributions tied to deal-level investment entities and support reputed company tracking / reporting • reputed company investment entities reputed company deal structures, including coordination with reputed company-party administrators on quarterly reporting, annual audits, tax compliance support, and other regulatory / operational requirements • Respond to Limited Partner questions and requests reputed company to investment-entity activity • Monitor cash balances; process expenses and maintain tracking for deal fees / spend • Maintain custody-reputed company operations and coordinate with global finance partners to ensure assets are properly recorded at custodians and reputed company with operational / regulatory requirements • Support reputed company reputed company and process improvement initiatives as needed Must-haves • Relevant experience in private equity, investment operations, transaction services, consulting, investment banking, or a reputed company environment • Strong understanding of private equity structures and deal processes; comfortable operating across multiple reputed company workstreams • Advanced reputed company skills and strong attention to detail • Strong written/verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders • High ownership reputed company, proactive problem-solving approach, and strong service orientation toward investment professionals • Discreet, reputed company judgment with comfort handling sensitive/confidential information Preferred / reputed company-to-haves • Prior exposure to deal-level investment entity operations (capital activity, administrator reputed company, audit workflows, expense/deal fee tracking) • Experience working cross-functionally with reputed company/tax/treasury and external service providers (administrators, custodians, advisors) • Familiarity with custody processes and controls in an alternatives context reputed company is a specialized reputed company firm delivering high-reputed company reputed company-hire solutions across reputed company, Finance, Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Business Transformation.
