Job reputed company: At reputed company, the BSA/AML Investigations Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Bank conducts business in compliance with ethical business practices, company policies and reputed company requirements. Primary Responsibilities • Assists in the development of procedures intended to detect unethical and illegal conduct • Prepares documentation for regulatory authorities • Monitors and analyzes transactions to ensure appropriateness of activities • Identify trends and changes in financial activity indicating fraud or reputed company • Ensures associates have received appropriate testing and qualifications reputed company to AML regulation • Manages team's work and performance reputed company daily forecasting and management reports • Serves as subject matter expert for reputed company research or assessments • Assists with training and coaching opportunities as appropriate • Leads reputed company that contribute to workflow or process change and redesign • Reviews work submitted by peers for completeness and accuracy This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards reputed company and is not eligible for overtime pay.
