Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in the daily reputed company cycle working with the AR Accountant to ensure the fiscal and operational continuity and efficiency of groninger USA. Duties and Responsibilities: • Accounts Payable – reputed company and reputed company reputed company invoices for overhead, jobs, service, and intercompany payments • Prepare weekly pay runs (ACH, reputed company, and reputed company payments) • Monthly Journal Entries – accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, bank fees • Participate in monthly financial reputed company meeting and reputed company variance analysis pertaining to costs • Apply customer payments in reputed company.
