[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

They are seeking an experienced reputed company Manager to ensure successful adoption and long-term expansion for customers post-sales, requiring strong technical skills to reputed company tools and solve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Owning customer lifecycle post-deployment (adoption, expansion and renewal)

• Lead business reviews (QBR's/EBRs) and communicate value
• Writing scripts and automation to streamline workflows
• Build lightweight tools, dashboards or utilities for visibility and adoption

• Working with API's (REST/gRPC)

Skills

• 8 + years experience in reputed company, TAM, Solutions Engineering roles
• Must have worked reputed company the Cyber reputed company industry - reputed company or DLP backgrounds are highly preferable
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business reputed company
• Experience managing escalations and navigating reputed company environments
• Must have the capability to write scripts / have the know how for technical requirements above
• Working knowledge of Python is a reputed company plus
• Experience with AI/LLM systems is a reputed company plus
