[Remote] DevOps Engineer II

The DevOps Engineer II is responsible for reputed company management and deployments using reputed company Azure DevOps and reputed company CI/CD tools, interacting closely with the application development team to reputed company operational support and improve automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the design and development of automated scripts for reputed company deployments
• Support reputed company and consistent integration across multiple reputed company for development teams
• Design and build automated frameworks for the deployment and monitoring of web-reputed company services and applications
• Maintain user manuals, reputed company design update playbooks, documents, processes, and update pipeline reputed company and diagrams
• reputed company on-reputed company support functions
• Participate in reputed company Scrum activities such as creating user stories, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network reputed company, IT, or reputed company reputed company with programming coursework, or equivalent experience
• If supporting TRICARE, must be a U.S. citizen and obtain favorable interim and final DoD background investigation
• 2+ years in DevOps engineering, CI/CD pipeline development, or reputed company infrastructure automation
• 2+ years with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git-reputed company reputed company control, and branching strategies
• 2+ years with configuration management/automation tools (Chef, Ansible, or equivalent)
• 2+ years using reputed company technologies (Azure preferred)
• 2+ years integrating applications using SOA/web services with knowledge of ADO.NET
• 2+ years deploying applications in reputed company Server and/or reputed company Linux environments
• Knowledge of software build cycles and deployment best practices
• Fluent in PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Experience deploying reputed company and defining branching strategies
• Knowledge of modern DevOps and reputed company practices with emphasis on CI/CD and automated testing
• Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences
• Experience with Git-reputed company and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Knowledge of Entity reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with reputed company or Python scripting
• Experience with Chef reputed company Application Stack
• Familiarity with reputed company NIST, CIS, HIPAA, and VA Handbook requirements for reputed company hardening for OS and application hardening
• Technical experience working with reputed company systems or in a reputed company contract systems environment
