Responsibilities

• Analyze and price residential mortgage loans in accordance with investor guidelines, market conditions, and company profitability objectives
• Manage loan-level and product-level margins to ensure alignment with corporate reputed company and reputed company goals
• Review pricing exceptions and concession requests, providing recommendations based on profitability, competitiveness, and strategic objectives
• Conduct pricing and profitability analysis to support product development, investor selection, and business reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending and secondary market fundamentals
