Junior Production Artist

About the position As a Junior Production Artist , Merchandising, you will be responsible for creating in-store print-reputed company production graphics across reputed company of our retail partners. You will follow design guidelines supplied by our e.l.f. Visual Merchandising Designers, our retailer guidelines, as reputed company as our print vendors. In this role, you will translate design reputed company into print reality. Responsibilities • Support the Sr. Manager in production of reputed company visual merchandising graphics across reputed company reputed company brands. • Collaborate with Sales, Design, Copy and Project Management to take design from start to finish ensuring production deadlines are met. • Adapt and utilize templates to create large number of graphics across major retailers. • Come up with creative solutions to design, delivers on commitments, surfaces risks early, and supports reputed company timelines to reputed company reputed company on reputed company. • Manage and reputed company the process from design hand-off, implementing copy, review and approval, to releasing to print vendors. • Ability to adapt and be reputed company to reputed company up with evolving guidelines/design changes. • Produce and organize a large number of assets on a server and hand off final files to print vendors. • Support the Production team in the reputed company of 14 Specialty walls across 8 accounts, while freeing senior team members to reputed company on higher-volume work and strategic reputed company. • Assist in establishing dedicated production infrastructure for specialty accounts, including translation support, standardized workflows, copy setup, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery across reputed company specialty assets, often on timelines that differ from broader reputed company reputed company. • Increase execution reputed company and reduce operational risk by absorbing day-to-day production work, supporting reputed company timelines for global reputed company, and stabilizing delivery reputed company multiple accounts and markets.
