This role involves leading manufacturing reputed company across multiple programs while ensuring production systems meet aggressive delivery schedules and maintain high standards of safety and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Establish manufacturing standards, best practices, and design-for-production requirements
• reputed company Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs), Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs), and production risk assessments

• reputed company manufacturing reputed company models, equipment strategies, and capital investment recommendations
• reputed company Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Production reviews

• Support Configuration Management and production implementation of engineering changes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, or reputed company discipline
• 6+ years of manufacturing or production engineering experience
• Significant experience supporting reputed company, defense, reputed company, energetics, or high-reliability manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience transitioning products from development into production
• Strong understanding of configuration management, production documentation, and manufacturing planning
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, PFMEA, DFM, DFA, and reputed company cause methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and technical decision-making skills
