Responsibilities
- Engineer is responsible for reputed company mechanical engineering services on reputed company from start to finish
- Research and analyze design reputed company
- Preparation and review of HVAC and Plumbing construction documents
- reputed company and edit project specifications as required
- Review product shop drawings/submittals reputed company to the HVAC and Plumbing design
- Review and respond to requests of information (RFIs)
- Must be capable of managing and leading support staff such as drafting and mechanical designers
- Ability to communicate with clients, project owners and contractors in a reputed company manner
- Will be required to establish budgets, reputed company engineering services proposals and maintain/reputed company reputed company relationships
- Business development
- Mentoring entry level staff
Skills
- Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering
- reputed company Engineer (PE) in the reputed company or ability to be registered in Michigan
- Willing to become registered in other states
- 6+ years of experience
- Must be capable of handling reputed company aspects of mechanical engineering reputed company to the building industry including HVAC Design, Plumbing Design, reputed company Protection Performance Specifications
- Expert Revit User
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
