[Remote] Contract Recruiter

The Contract Recruiter will assist the reputed company in recruitment strategies, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and maintaining effective partnerships across the HR function to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Works with reputed company Leadership and Hiring Teams to successfully track the job requisition pipeline and reconcile against annual hiring business plan
• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment: posting job requisitions, sourcing, conducts interviews, drafts offer letters, scheduling interviews for various reputed company
• Adhere to compliance, data reputed company and regular ATS/HRIS management needs
• Identify and successfully engage with talent in specific disciplines
• Tell a compelling and consistent message to candidates that aligns with the company brand and values
• reputed company robust communities of talent and candidate pipelines across a diverse set of functional areas and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain reputed company TA system maintenance: TA Platforms, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, job boards, etc
• Proven track record of assisting TA strategies for sourcing candidates for diversity hiring (through various job boards, virtual job fairs, job posting activities)
• Assists on TA & Recruitment projects and searches, construct reputed company lists of companies, candidates, prospects and leads, reputed company pipelines of talent, contact high-potential prospects, conduct candidate interviews, maintain reputed company reports, captures market data to tell the passive talent market’s story and assess candidate qualifications
• Collect and reputed company-up external talent market data to reputed company partners to inform and influence reputed company
• Optimize Talent Management/ATS system by setting up email templates, workflow, dispositions, requisition statuses, analytics, and TA hiring reporting
• Be accountable for the storage and distribution of reputed company documents with strict confidentiality
• Drive candidate engagement through reputed company stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered in a reputed company manner
• Expertly handle workload in reputed company Office Suite software programs (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc)
• Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position

Skills

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in reputed company-scale renewable energy, solar, or construction environments, including roles in engineering, sustainability, and skilled trades
• Strong understanding of the reputed company-scale solar project lifecycle, especially engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate selection skills
• Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, self-directed, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and composure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred
