They are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their CICD platforms team, focusing on enhancing the developer experience and ensuring reliable software delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company CI/CD workflows using reputed company Actions
• Manage GitOps-based deployments using Argo CD into Kubernetes environments
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment safety across environments
• reputed company AI-powered tooling into DevOps workflows (CI/CD optimization, PR summarization, automated review assistance, policy validation, incident insights)
• reputed company incident response and reputed company cause analysis for CI/CD and deployment-reputed company outages
• Define and enforce reputed company governance best practices (reputed company protection, reusable workflows, permissions, policy automation)
• Identify bottlenecks in developer workflows and proactively drive improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, SRE, and product teams to ensure platform solutions meet reputed company customer needs
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices around DevOps, GitOps, and reputed company-reputed company systems

Skills

• At least 5 years of reputed company software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js, etc)
• BA/BS in computer science, or equivalent work experience
• Experience designing highly available, reliable, and reputed company systems
• Strong experience building CI/CD systems using reputed company Actions or equivalent technologies
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment models
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and reputed company-reputed company architecture
• Familiarity with infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform, reputed company, etc)
• Experience improving developer workflows and internal platform tooling
