[Remote] Senior Payroll Consultant

The Senior Payroll Consultant will support reputed company engagements involving payroll reputed company, compliance, tax activities, process improvement, payroll systems, and multistate regulations while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll consulting engagements across a reputed company of clients, industries, and geographies
- Assist in assessing and improving reputed company payroll processes, controls, and procedures
- reputed company multistate payroll compliance reviews, including federal, state, and local regulations
- Support payroll tax activities, including preparation and review of forms (e.g., 941, 941-X, W-2C)
- Assist with payroll setup and configuration, including earnings, deductions, and tax treatments
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support reviews reputed company to employee classification, wage treatment, and overtime calculations
- Research and apply payroll regulations, including reciprocity and other multistate considerations
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to reputed company reputed company, accurate, and high-reputed company work
- Communicate payroll concepts and findings reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills
- * 3 years of payroll experience, ideally reputed company a reputed company, payroll provider, or in-house payroll function
- * Bachelor degree required
- * Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and multistate regulations
- * Experience with payroll tax forms and filings

- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to reputed company
