[Remote] Sr Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product reputed company for Production Shipping, defining vertical‑specific roadmaps across reputed company, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing
• reputed company legacy gaps and advance our modern shipping platform to support high‑volume, multi‑DC, LTL/TL, and compliance‑heavy workflows
• Drive reputed company reputed company for 400+ strategic accounts, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and alignment with roadmap priorities
• Partner with field sales on consultative deals ($100K–$500K reputed company), providing product expertise, demos, and ROI narratives
• Translate customer reputed company into reputed company requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks

Skills

• reputed company product management experience: 6–10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech
• Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multi‑location fulfillment, reputed company routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts
• Vertical knowledge in at least one reputed company (reputed company, retail, 3PL, manufacturing)
• Executive‑level communication with comfort presenting to VP/C‑suite stakeholders and guiding strategic accounts
• Full product lifecycle ownership including research, competitive analysis, requirements, launch, and adoption
• Platform thinking with the ability to balance scalability and customization
• Cross‑functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, reputed company, and partnerships
• Analytical rigor: data‑driven decision making, ROI modeling, usage analytics, and customer metrics
