[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will assess customer issues, coordinate reputed company documents, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expertly assess and evaluate the best reputed company of reputed company for customer issues including coverage challenges, complaints, and payment issues during incoming calls, ensuring that customers receive reputed company and effective solutions
