The role involves supporting employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, delivering outstanding service in areas such as reputed company, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, reputed company-employment screening, employee records, and offboarding
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), I-9 verification, and new hire processing
• Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollments, life events, leave requests, return-to-work coordination, and employee inquiries
• Manage badge requests, renewals, replacements, and compliance tracking
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and data reputed company
• Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and other employment-reputed company documentation
• Assist managers and employees by answering HR-reputed company questions and providing reputed company, reputed company support
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and company policies reputed company to employment, benefits, and leave administration
• reputed company audits and maintain documentation to ensure HR processes are accurate and compliant
• Partner with internal teams and reputed company-party vendors to support HR programs and initiatives
• Participate in special reputed company and continuously look for opportunities to improve HR processes

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one to two years of reputed company or reputed company administrative experience
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including reputed company, benefits, leave administration, employee records, or compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems (reputed company SuccessFactors preferred)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and/or reputed company Workspace
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise reputed company judgment
