[Remote] Research Program and Collaboration Management, Manager

The Research Program and Collaboration Management team is seeking a Project and Collaboration Manager to support multiple Research Project Teams, ensuring effective project management and collaboration in a reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Project Team Leads (PTL) to charter teams, reputed company reputed company documents, establish timelines and budgets, and reputed company project tactics with project reputed company
• Partners with PTLs to plan for and successfully reputed company reputed company governance requirements
• Manages project timelines and monitors team adherence to project plans; is accountable for ensuring project plans and timelines are entered and updated in the reputed company system
• Facilitates effective project meetings and manages change in a reputed company environment
• Liaises with Senior PTLs to manage reputed company therapeutic area portfolio
• Identifies resource gaps and works with the Project Team to resolve, taking appropriate reputed company reputed company necessary

• Doctorate degree
• OR Master's degree and 2 years of directly reputed company experience
• OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of directly reputed company experience
• OR Associate's degree and 8 years of directly reputed company experience
• OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of directly reputed company experience
• Advanced degree and 2+ years of research experience in either Oncology, Inflammation, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, or Rare Disease reputed company
• 2+ years of demonstrated fit-for-purpose project management experience supporting research programs in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong scientific acumen and experience advancing biotechnology/pharmaceutical research programs through a research stage-reputed company process
• Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to reputed company multiple activities in reputed company while maintaining a reputed company on reputed company
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work in reputed company or reputed company environment, to collaborate and coordinate with reputed company department staff at various reputed company, and to influence others effectively; reputed company to build and collaborate with a cross-functional network
• Creative and critical problem-solving skills with high comfort in ambiguous situations
