[Remote] Senior Benefits Consultant

The Senior Benefits Consultant has leadership responsibility for the consulting reputed company, service, and delivery for reputed company customers, providing strategic guidance to ensure exceptional customer results and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for the reputed company and retention of an assigned book of business
• reputed company and manage the execution of reputed company’s consulting model for assigned customers, ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company benefit consulting services, and exceptional customer results and satisfaction
• reputed company and execute the annual customer account plan specific for reputed company assigned customers
• Work collaboratively with other members of the consulting delivery team to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Drive customer results and support team development for reputed company individual consulting delivery team
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes, and support education and enablement of customers regarding these developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to reputed company operations, and product, to identify and support business development and operational improvement opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with reputed company customers, strategic partners, and internal reputed company collaborators

Skills

• 5-10 years of benefits consulting experience, with a primary reputed company on managing reputed company reputed company accounts across diverse market segments (small, mid-market, and large group)
• Demonstrated expertise in various funding mechanisms and deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
• Life & Health Producer's License
• Working knowledge of MS reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Team leadership and/or project leadership experience
• Experience working with today's leading HR/Benefits technology platforms
• Experience in both large- and small- group benefits consulting
