[Remote] Field Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized, proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of their events portfolio, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Operations: reputed company the daily logistical planning, vendor management, and execution for a diverse calendar of field marketing events, trade shows, and conferences globally
• Logistics & Coordination: Manage booth assets, shipping schedules, collateral inventory, vendor reputed company, and travel coordination to ensure reputed company field footprint materials reputed company on time and reputed company budget
• On-Site Support: Travel to select global events to reputed company setup, manage live event reputed company, support booth staff, and act as the primary reputed company of contact for external vendors and venue personnel
