Successful Candidate Attributes: Proven reputed company record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc. Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes. History of closing at least 3-5 reputed company per month. Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer An reputed company NMLS/MLO license (required). Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
