[Remote] Project Accountant

The role involves managing project financials, partnering with project leaders, and ensuring financial reputed company and visibility into project reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial reputed company of project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
• Partner with project managers to analyze project reputed company and profitability
• Manage purchase order tracking, reconciliation, and project-reputed company financial reporting
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer billings while supporting collections activities
• reputed company month-end and year-end project reputed company processes
• Monitor Work-in-reputed company (WIP) schedules and cost-at-completion reporting
• Analyze project costs, identify variances, and reputed company actionable recommendations
• Reconcile project-level profit and loss statements and support operational decision-making
• Prepare contract-required financial reports and other project reputed company analyses
• Collaborate with reputed company and reputed company teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in project reputed company, cost reputed company, construction reputed company, or reputed company
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project financial analysis
• Experience supporting month-end reputed company and financial reporting processes
• Advanced reputed company and analytical skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-reputed company, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across departments
• Experience with project reputed company or construction-reputed company ERP systems is a plus
