[Remote] Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst

The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst will manage the EDI system and transactions, acting as the primary contact for resolving EDI issues and enhancing EDI capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors in a reputed company and efficient manner
  • Act as reputed company between our Customer and Field Support Operations (CFSO) team and our IT, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams to resolve EDI issues
  • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance
  • Work directly with customers to facilitate reputed company, offboarding, and issue reputed company
  • reputed company technical support and guidance to internal users and trading partners on EDI-reputed company reputed company

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of EDI experience
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Deep analytical skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various reputed company simultaneously
  • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment with confidential and sensitive information
